A Sycoe Story

A long time ago in a run down gym far far away. There laid a man who's whole world had crumbled beneath him. Losing everything he had fault hard to achieve. No job, no family, no home. A loaner, who took everything for granted, he had lost himself and was out of control. It was time to start again, destroying what little was left from his old life. Finding a hiding place free from distractions, no contact to anyone and space to wonder the next chapter. A plan was needed, he needed to learn again and build himself better, stronger than ever before. Then , like one of those light bulb moments, a signal. a light in the right direction. Shining bright in front of him, he had a moment of inspiration. A premonition took hold. A visit from a dark knight, who had been through the difficulties life can throw at us. Fighting off the problems holding him back. He gave him the gift of a goal. He needed to set a target, something to hit and achieve. Without this what else are we going to do. We can't just sit there in front of the TV. All day, everyday. He needed to train hard, learn new skills, push himself to be who he wanted to be. He decided to call it Sycoe. He won it all, got it all back and appreciate every moment of everyday. Lessons after lessons learnt. Lessons he wanted to pass onto as many people as he could. A sycoe is a story, an adventure into supporting yourself and supporting others into being better at what they want to get better at. Get sycoe and get strong. Whatever you want to be you can be.
